This new HSE approved qualification came into effect on 1 October 2009. The Emergency First Aid at Work Course is a 1 day course designed to teach basic first aid skills.

A risk assessment for first aid needs may well identify the need for Emergency First Aiders either as an addition to your First Aiders, or where the risk of your business is low; it may well identify them as being sufficient without the need of additional First Aiders

The course is both fun and educational and helps to build the confidence needed to deal with a first aid situation.  It focuses on the knowledge and skills necessary to meet the requirements needed to act in a first aid situation.
