Welcome to Aqualife Training Services.  We provide training for the National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers & Coaches (NRASTC).  All courses are held at St. Joseph's College in South East London (near to Crystal Palace, West Norwood and Streatham) and are registered with the Royal Life Saving Society (RLSS).

We can also organise short courses focusing on First Aid for Parents.
